Q1 – What is the delivery time for batteries?
A1 - The normal delivery time is 6 – 8 weeks, as cells have to be ordered from the factory. However, with some popular cell types we carry a stock for immediate delivery. The shortest delivery will be those battery applications most serviced from inventory i.e. standby, diesel-generator starting, fire pump engine starting , switchgear, tripping and emergency lighting. Please contact us with your requirements so that we can advise you.

Q3 – Do you accept credit cards?
A3 - At this time we have no general demand from our customers to accept credit cards. However, we are monitoring the situation and this may change in the future. The FAQ will be updated as appropriate.
Q4 – Do I have to buy separate connectors or are they supplied with the battery?
A3 - If you buy a complete battery to a specific layout then it can be supplied with connectors for that battery. If you buy cells, then they are supplied with inter-cell connectors but cannot be supplied with a complete connector kit, as the battery layout is not known.
Q5 – Can you supply battery stands?
A5 - Yes we have a full range of standard and seismic stands available.
Q6 – Can you supply maintenance equipment?
A6 - Yes, please ask for a leaflet
Q7 – Do you sell aircraft batteries?
A7 - Aircraft batteries use a very similar technology to some of our stationary batteries but the application is very different. You should therefore go to a specialist aircraft battery supplier to ensure you receive the best advice. The major manufacturer of aircraft batteries is Saft and you can find contact information by going to their web site at www.saftbatteries.com.
Q8 – Do you sell computer batteries?
A8 - Yes/No. As we sell industrial nickel-cadmium batteries, we do supply batteries for back-up systems for computer rooms and networks. However, we do not sell replacement batteries for your laptop computer. You can find that type of battery at consumer electronics stores or by an Internet search.
